If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase:
Once your items have been shipped back and received by Quest, we will inspect your returned items. We will immediately notify you on the status of your return and subsequent refund eligibility. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or through other original methods of payment.
PLEASE NOTE: a 50% restocking fee will be deducted from the original amount. You will receive your Refund within 45 days or depending on your credit card issuer's policies-if you paid by credit card.
FURTHER NOTE: If you placed and paid for your products and want to cancel your order, to be eligible for a FULL REFUND, you have 48 hours, from the time your payment is received by Quest, to cancel your order for products.
If you cancel after 48 hours, there will be a 30% deduction on your Refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to your location and from your location for returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of total shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
